My friends and I recently had a great time staying at a hotel in Shenzhen. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the room we stayed in had a beautiful interior design, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the bathroom was clean and provided all the necessary amenities. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any requests we had during our stay. the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.
Some of the staff struggled with English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

My Xmas experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room I had booked was not available, despite making the reservation in advance.

The hotel had a very nice interior design which created a pleasant atmosphere. the room was also well-designed which made my stay more comfortable. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation which made it easy to get around. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi which was great for staying connected.
My experience at the hotel was not all positive. the staff was unable to provide me with the room that I had reserved, which was disappointing.
